How our innovative Cottage designs began
We are a small Architectural Design company based in Delaware, founded in 2016 by colleagues who shared a vision of what the future of residential architecture could look like. Our vision includes having more reasonably-sized houses, that are thoughtfully designed, well-built, and sustainable, for buyers to choose from. Therefore, using our combined years of experience, we are working to change the status quo by providing plans for innovative Cottage designs that match our vision.
Old Idea, New Technology…
With our vision, we are building our brand – Cottages that look traditional but use modern building systems.
We specify systems such as SIPs, which combine several steps into one, resulting in better time efficiency, and less on-site waste. By specifying these various building systems, along with building products that we have found to be reliable, durable, and “Green”, we can achieve a faster build, and a more energy-efficient, low-maintenance structure.
And since these are not just structures but homes, we also pay attention to the details. What you see, not just on the front facade, but on all sides and the inside as well, is what makes these designs complete. You won’t be just choosing a house, but an aesthetically pleasing home that you can be proud of.

Following our mantra of “Quality over Quantity”, we’re offering a limited catalog of plans for innovative Cottage designs from +/-1000 SF to +/-2000 SF. Each one is meticulously designed and detailed, as our vision of what your next home could be.
